Representatives from the Widnes Wild women’s team’s new title sponsors Debt Movement UK were special guests at the home game against Kingston Diamonds on Sunday.

Laura Prescott, CEO of the Sale-based financial advisers officially presented the new DMUK branded home and away playing shirts and her daughter Emily took part in a ceremonial puck drop at the start of the game.

DMUK provide professional debt guidance and solutions that help people move out of debt. This empowers people to take control of their finances so they can live their best lives again.

Talking about the services they offer, DMUK said:

"We know that many people struggle with their finances and debt on a monthly, weekly or even daily basis without knowing where to turn to or being too embarrassed to ask for help. Not getting the help they need could make those struggles escalate and impact other areas of their lives including relationships, employment and mental wellbeing."

"We recognise that every situation is different and there is no ‘one solution fits all’, but that the first step in asking for help is sometimes the most daunting. \we provide non-judgemental financial guidance, tailored to individual circumstances, to relieve the burden of financial strain and offer ongoing support on their journey to financial freedom."
